MedalRush – Refund & Return Policy

Personalized Items (Custom Engraving)

All engraved and personalized items are final sale.
We do not accept returns or exchanges if a customer changes their mind, ordered by mistake, or no longer wants the item.
This applies to all products with custom engraving, text, names, dates, or personalized details.

When a Return May Be Accepted

We may accept a return only in the following situations:

  1. The item arrived damaged during shipping
    — You must contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos of the damage and packaging.

  2. The wrong item was sent
    — Must be unused and in original condition.

  3. We made a mistake in the engraving
    — If the engraving does not match the details you entered.

Return Requirements

If a return is approved:

  • The item must be unopened, unused, and in its original condition.

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will decide whether a refund is issued.

Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

  • Any personalized or engraved items

  • Items damaged after delivery

  • Items returned used, opened, scratched, or in non-original condition

  • Items returned without prior approval

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you if your refund is approved.
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method.
Shipping costs are not refundable.

Order Cancellations

Orders with personalized details cannot be canceled once engraving has started.

How to Start a Return

Email us at info@medalrush.com with:

  • Order number

  • Photos (if applicable)

  • A short description of the issue

We respond quickly and handle each case individually.
